Moved to Yoxall in 1983 and has been a Parish Councillor since 2011.
Organised the first Community Speed Watch. Was a member of the Village Fete Committee til 2008.
Has been a member of the W.I since 1996 and is currently President.
As a member of the P.C., Penny is in charge of the Wish List, the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme attached to the P.C. and organises the Beryl Behague Christmas tea.
